Is the design a sticker or printed on?

  • All of our Sports Cases are created using advanced printing technology. It is not a sticker!

    Where Do You Ship To? 

    • We ship worldwide. $3.50 flat shipping on all orders.

    Do I Get A Tracking Number? 

    • Yes, once your order is shipped, you will have tracking information sent to your email. If you do not receive one, simply email us with your order # and we will send your tracking info over. If your tracking number is "not found" it's because the post office has yet to process your package. Give it 24 hours to update.

    Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

    • Generally once the order is placed, it cannot be altered or changed because we ship out several orders a day. If you entered an incorrect address for your order or accidentally ordered the wrong case, let us know so we can try to fix it before sending it out.

    How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

    • For U.S orders- roughly 3-7 business days. We ship with USPS First Class Mail, which takes 2-4 days once shipped. All orders will be shipped within 1 or 2 days of purchase. All international orders will arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks. Some cases will take 2-3 weeks to arrive and it will clearly say so next to the add to cart button and there will be a green ribbon displaying this information. Any product image that has a green ribbon the delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

    • If you place an order on Friday or the weekend, it will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

    Is it possible that there are custom fees for international orders?

    • There may be custom fees for international orders. Orders shipped to the UK appear to have a customs fee of around $15. We are not responsible for these fees. It is the responsibility of the customer.

    what happens if my order never shows up?

    • Please contact us in an event that your package doesn’t arrive within the allotted time and we will try to resolve the issue. If the item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or some other reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us to let us know, in order that we can reship the product. If your order doesn’t arrive and you do not contact us, we take no responsibility for items that were lost in the mail/not delivered that we were not notified. 

    My case doesn't have bubble bumper protection like in the picture

    • Our iPhone cases have 4 corner bubble bumper protection. Sometimes we fulfill our orders through a different location that doesn't offer 4 corner bubble bumper protection. If you see by the Add to cart button 'delivery time 2-3 weeks' or a green ribbon, that means that your case will not have 4 corner bubble bumper protection. International orders (outside the U.S) will also not have bubble bumper protection. All other phones besides iPhone will also not have 4 corner bubble protection. Rest assured if the product is an iPhone case, you're in the U.S, and the product image doesn't contain a green ribbon, your case will have 4 corner bubble bumper protection. If you are not satisfied, message us and we will try to do what we can to make things right.

    How thick is the case?

    • If you see by the Add to cart button 'delivery time 2-3 weeks' or a green ribbon, that means that your case will be a thinner case. International orders (outside the U.S) will also be a thinner case. All other phones besides iPhone will also be a thinner case. If the product is an iPhone case, you're in the U.S, and the product image doesn't contain a green ribbon, your case will be 1.5mm thick. If you are not satisfied, message us and we will try to do what we can to make things right.
