I give the case and the customer service 5 stars. My only issue was that it’s not the design I ordered. I received the correct case the first time, but realized I ordered the wrong size. Customer Service was awesome! When I reordered and accidentally ordered two, again, Customer Service was awesome! When the case I received was “The Catch” instead of “OBJ” I didn’t want to contact them again. My 10yo doesn’t care anyway since it’s the same player.

I ordered the OBJ sport case for my son’s iPhone. When he received it the image was shifted down and didn’t line up with the Apple logo. I contacted customer support and they replaced it immediately. The replacement case arrived quickly and the image is perfect. My son loves it! I am very impressed with the quality and service. Thank you!
